In Loving Memory of Carmen E. Ruiz - We miss you everyday!
How have you been able to manage your grieving process? Please share your story.
For me, its really just about reminding myself that she was suffering her last few months on this earth. If dying meant she'd be free from pain then I have to be ok with that. Now that doesn't mean I don't call out for her in flesh form but I manage to always keep that in the back of my mind. I was in a very deep dark place when she left. So much so that I have no memory of how I even came out of that 4-6 month depression at the time. Which makes me so thankful for mental health facilities like Cleveland Clinic who put out articles to help with lots of things under the mental health umbrella.
As promised here's 13 Tips On Dealing With Grief.
HAPPY HEALING! ❤️
